A story about udders

It all began yesterday on our drive to Salt Lake to watch Disney on Ice. Which was great, by the way, except the entire hour spent on Tinkerbell. Anyway, we passed a semi carrying hay and here is the conversation that ensued -

eli -look at that big truck.

me - yep, that's a semi-truck.

e - no mom. it's a hay truck.

m - oh ya. what eats hay?

e - horses and cows.

m - yep.

e - hey mom, you know how it goes in the cow's tummy?

m - yep.

e - then on the cow's tummy you pull their three weenies, you know.

m - um...ya...

e - and then milk comes out. out of their weenies.

He relayed this story to his dad later in the day and his wise father tried to tell him that they are actually called "teets". Nice, right? A swift punch in the arm from yours truly had daddy changing his tune to - um . . . I mean udders. They're called udders.
